Someone legally appointed and ready to act Someone might try to help, but it is not fully sorted Honestly, nobody clearly has that authority

It could keep running with clear instructions Some things would carry on, but there would be gaps Most things would stop because it all depends on me

3. Could someone find your key business documents, contracts, insurance details and supplier information?

Yes, they are organised and easy to find Some of them, but it would take digging No, they would probably be guessing

4. If invoices needed paying or chasing, would anyone know what to do?

Yes, there is a clear process They could work some of it out No, that knowledge mostly sits in my head

5. How quickly would money problems start if your business income stopped?

We could manage for 3 months or more It would get uncomfortable within weeks It would become stressful very quickly

6. Could someone securely access your business emails, cloud files, website, payment systems and social media?

Yes, access is secure and documented Some things are saved, but not properly organised No, it would be digital chaos

7. How much of your business only exists inside your head?

Very little, most things are written down Some important things are still in my head Far too much, if I am honest

Yes, I have made my wishes clear I have mentioned bits, but not enough No, they would be left guessing

Yes, and they are up to date Some are done, but they need reviewing No, or I am not sure
